Job Description:

You may be part of the project team to supervise IWMF construction progress. The work scope includes:

• To work with project consultants and key stakeholders, such as other government agencies, on the design of the various facilities and ensure it's constructed, erected, installed in accordance with design specifications and complying with statutory requirement.
• To participate in the testing, commissioning of mechanical, process, or electrical, instrument, control and automation equipment/systems.
• To attend factory acceptance tests at local and overseas factories to witness and verify quality and performance of major equipment/systems.

You may be part of the technical team in the operation and maintenance of TSIP. Your work scope includes:

• To work with project consultants and key stakeholders, such as other government agencies, on the design of the various facilities and ensure that it's constructed, erected, installed in accordance with design specifications and complying with statutory requirement.
• To participate in the testing, commissioning of mechanical, process, or electrical, instrument, control and automation equipment/systems.

Job Requirements:

• Only Singaporean.
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Structural Engineering, Chemical, Environmental Engineering)
• Fresh graduates with internship experiences are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably in Navisworks and Primavera P6.

Project Detail:
FCSS is a service delivery platform consisting of a base CRM solution for case management operations, a collaboration management solution for communications channel and service analytics solution for process re-fining and insights generations.

Responsibilities:
- Technical Design Validation. Responsibilities include assisting the Programme/Project Manager with validation of proposed solution, ensuring users requirement are captured in the solution and proposing counter solutions that would be beneficious .
-Review existing processes and deliver continuous improvements to keep pace with policy and business process changes, and implement technology refresh for supporting tools and technologies.
-Responsibilities include assisting the Programme/Project Manager to manage and ensuring timely deliverables by the respective system Contractors; ensuring deliverables conformed to the standards and control defined for the programme; identifying and managing risk and mitigation strategies; identifying, analysing and ensuring resolution of issues; managing change control.
- Support enterprise level programmes and initiatives

Specific Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent, is a Singaporean

- At least 3 years of experience in IT application development, maintenance and experience in managing the entire software development life cycle

- Have track records in managing successful maintenance of IT applications/products of similar nature using agile methodology

- Good interpersonal and communication skills to manage relevant stakeholders

- Experience in defence or public sector projects would be an advantage

- Knowledge in cloud technologies is a plus
