· Oversee LMU team in Town Council, to ensure lift performance meet TCMR requirement, Green Bands for both categories and Green Band for every Division

· All lifts to be tested including submission for PTO before the expiry month

· Process cyclical / project management fee claims invoices & ensure no claim to be left out

· Submit the completed handling fee monitoring list to EMS (GM) / Engineers (LMU)

· Communicate the WSH requirement to Technicians half yearly and ensure document of the communication is done

· Conduct Tool Box meeting fortnightly & submit to EMS monthly for retention

· Agreed Damages cases for lift breakdown rates and lifts with more than 2/3 breakdowns per month

· ARD Failure Percentage and ARD Inoperative (ARDI cases)

· Plan of Budget and Expenditure

· Attend lift incident case during and after office hours & submit report

· No adverse complaint from TC on technical support to TC on lift matters

Roles and Responsibilities

• Gain a thorough understanding of multiple source systems and how the data elements map to business operations and processes.
• Assume responsibility for data integration of structured and unstructured data volumes into a reporting and BI data platform. Design, plan and implement data pipelines based on industry best practices. Design, implement and improve ETL processes.
• Apply appropriate policies, security, privacy rules to data. Achieve and maintain data quality metrics through continuous improvement.
• Create, design and maintain reusable datasets for analysis by business analysts. Build effective SQL queries, stored procedures to answer questions from stakeholders. Identify and resolve data, mapping and visualization issues across IT and business teams.
• Maintain source code repository of scripts (SQL, Python, APIs integration scripts, RPA reports).
• Automate data flows, create and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Participate in the evaluation of off-the-shelf products and make a recommendation for the most suitable data integration tools.
• Work directly with end users to understand data requirements and testing needs. Interpret business needs from requests, and rapidly implement effective technical solutions. Work closely with vendors where external products are deployed.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong RDBMS design, SQL Programming and ETL experience is required.
• Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS, SSRS), Excel is a must. Experience with other database sources and BI products will be an advantage.
• Experience in data retrieval and data cleansing using scripting languages, REST and SOAP APIs, and RPA products such as UiPath, Power Automate.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agent). The candidate shall be competent in process and workflow design and implementation and designing of operating models.
• Experience in developing Data Visualization, Reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Experiences in Programming & developing business applications using modern programming platform like Microsoft .Net and/or any Open Source Systems will be an advantage.
• Excellent oral/written communication, planning, project management, networking and influencing skills

Job Description:

• To assist in overseeing lifts operation, equipment maintenance, repair and replacement services.
• Recommend and plan for the repair and replacement of lifts parts that are not under the schedule of rates.
• Perform fault trending analysis and monitoring of lift units.

Requirements:

• 5 years relevant experience in related Lift & Escalator industry required for Nitec certificate

• Possess a willing to learn and proactive attitude
• Certificate of Competency in Lift Maintenance for Senior Lift Specialist will be advantage (to pass within 6 months upon joining if you do not possess a CoC cert)

Job Description

1. Plan and Supervise M&E works and ensure works are carried out accordingly to drawings, specifications and method statement.

2. Provide technical support on M&E system matters including troubleshooting to resolve M&E faults.

3. Provide supervision and management of vendors, contractors and technicians for progress of work and coordination with clients’ representatives on technical matters.

4. Plan, prepare and manage preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of M&E equipment and systems.

5. Ability to lead a team of technicians for installation and/or maintenance of M&E equipment.

6. Ensure all works carried out safely and in compliance to ISO and safety procedures.

7. Ensure all project/maintenance works completed on time.

8. Assist the manager to prepare costings and quotations for tenders and ad-hoc works.

9. Billing submission and ensure collection of payments from clients.

10. Prepare proposals, reports and documentations for submission to clients etc.

12. Able to look for and prospect new clients for business growth.

Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure best practice and overall security posture are maintained. Identify cybersecurity vulnerabilities, propose mitigation measures and work on their implementation.
• Develop and maintain security hardening guidelines, provide technical support to the IT teams for the implementation of security controls.
• Coordinate with the IT teams to administer measures to prevent, manage and respond to cyber threats and incidents.
• Conduct Security Assessments, including assessment on networks infrastructure and business applications on premises or on AWS and Azure cloud. Conduct compliance tests, configuration validation, vulnerabilities scanning, etc.
• Review and update security documentations including risk assessment, IT security design and plan.
• Work closely with system administrators, IT teams and the system vendors, to ensure IT policies and procedures are implemented and complied with.
• Install, administer, and troubleshoot the Company’s security solutions.
• Explore leading cybersecurity products. Work with 3rd party security consultants and service providers to ensure all security aspects are covered. Operate security solutions such as SIEM, PAM, EDR, IDS/IPS and Web Application Firewall while ensuring compliance to regulatory standards and procedures.
• Review all SIEM daily summary reports and follow up with vendors on all critical/suspicious events.
• Conduct technical analysis and triage based on triggered alerts to determine the severity, impact, scope, and corresponding response actions.
• Manage cybersecurity incidents, including investigation and response.
• Front internal/external security audits and follow-ups, ensure all the audit issues have been resolved.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Technology, or related discipline.
• A minimum of three-year-experience in managing Cyber Security Operation.
• Hands-on experience in a two or more of the key security domains such as: security operations (SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management), Cloud security, Data security, Identity and access management, and secure software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of networking and AWS/Azure Cloud Security practices and tools.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.
