JOB SCOPE:
Provide Technical and after sales support for equipment.
Perform Services/repairs and maintenance for equipment.
Perform Installation of new equipment.
Support Sales and Marketing activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide after-sales service for Endoscopy equipment in local hospitals.
Install or oversee installation of equipment according to specifications.
Provide basic user training for equipment installed and coordinate with customers and site preparation of Endoscopy equipment.
Analyze malfunctions.
Consult engineering supervisor to resolve problems.
Propose and encourage customers in sign-ups of service contract.
Perform Preventive Maintenance for Endoscopy equipment under Maintenance contract
Prepare site for installation of new Endoscopy Medical equipment, coordinating with customers.
Support Sales and Marketing team in promotion of accessories and stand-in cases for endoscopy procedures to better understand the use and customer’s feedback.
