Site work to find out and issue NCN (non conformance notice) to sub-contractor and preparation for reply of NCR to Consultant QPS and LTA teams.

· Coordinates construction engineering activities to ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with plans, designs and specifications

· Interprets structural drawings for implementation in construction projects

· Reviews design and discusses modifications with consultants, providing engineering input and alternative methods to address construction challenges

· Raised RFI (Request for Information) on any discrepancies and ambiguities in the design drawings

· Works with construction team, including project managers, site engineers, architects and electrical and mechanical engineers to explain drawings, specifications and other technical information to answer their clarifications

· Conducts regular technical meetings with consultants and client to discuss and resolve construction issues

· Manages structural drafters and reviews shop drawings to ensure these are in compliance with the project specifications

· Monitors changes to designs, assessing effects on cost and assisting with variation negotiations
