Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ITaaS Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an ITaaS Engineer, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing IT services for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements and develop tailored ITaaS solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain ITaaS solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
• Manage and troubleshoot cloud-based infrastructure, including virtualization, storage, and networking components.
• Provide technical support for clients, addressing and resolving IT issues promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor and optimize ITaaS systems to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate IT solutions seamlessly.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 Year Experience as an IT Engineer or in similar role
• Solid understanding of virtualization, networking, and storage technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Security Engineer or Analyst

Responsibilities:-

As an Security Engineer, you will learn how to work with cutting edge SIEM platform to monitor security events, prioritize alerts, investigate & remediate incidents and how to help our customers by identifying security threats and preventing breaches.

Security Engineer have opportunities for mentorship from more senior members of the team and involvement with maturing procedures, evaluating new security technologies, incident response, and the freedom to try out new ideas and technologies to improve the SOC.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Information System, Computer Engineering or other security related discipline
• CEH and other security certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Linux
• Excellent communication with strong analytical and writing skill
