Roles and Responsibilities:

• Report to the Chief Resident Engineer (CRE) and assist with coordination and interfacing matters with the Contractors of the stakeholders.
• With a focus on inter-disciplinary construction management, assist the CRE to coordinate the existing team of discipline Lead Resident Engineers as required, including liaison with our in-house Engineering Design Manager (EDM) on any outstanding design issues that may affect immediate construction activities.
• Lead and coordinate the construction work interface between stakeholders’ contractors works and tie-ins etc and in particular with counterpart Interface Manager from the stakeholder.
• Lead and set up interface meetings between the various Contractors to drive the Contractors to resolve their coordination and tie-in point issues.
• Coordinate with BIM Manager and set up interface BIM walk through sessions as required with the Contractors.
• Project delivery planning updates for the interfacing/tie-in points from the stakeholders’ contractors with a specific focus on MEICA issues given the stage of the project.
• Coordinate and expedite internally on urgent RFA/RFI submissions with regards to interfacing matters, in particular between EPC1 and EPC2 but also with stakeholders.
• Attend other site meetings as required by CRE and coordinate internally to resolve technical issues with the Contractors with regards to interfacing matters with a specific focus on MEICA issues given the stage of the project.
• Attend and follow-up on interface/coordination matters arising from Weekly Progress Meetings, MEICA Erection Meetings, Contractors Interface Meetings, BIM Review Meetings, interface meetings with stakeholder, etc and as required for the coordinated completion of the Works under each contract as they lead into the Testing and Commissioning phase of the project.

Requirements:

• A relevant Mechanical Engineering Degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or registration with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).

At least 10 years of relevant experience in design coordination, MEICA interface management, and construction of large infrastructure and/or industrial projects, waste to energy plants, power plant projects, or waste/water management projects in Singapore is preferred but overseas/international experience will also be considered as relevant for a multidisciplinary experienced candidate.

About the Client:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to develop the test plans, test cases, and test scripts, automate recurring tests, and troubleshoot and report discrepancies with the product
• This position is responsible for supporting the planning, design and execution of system testing on simple to complex implementations
• Ensure that all deliverables including but not limited to feature files/test cases, test results, automated test scripts, automated regression test results etc., are submitted timely and reviewed by the test lead.
• Work closely with the test lead to devise test strategies for the applications/projects assigned. Ensure that the test strategy is implemented as per plan.
• Ensure that all domain, application, functional and technical issues are duly to the test lead for necessary advice, resolution, and support.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or higher degree preferably in Computer Science or IT
• 8 years of experience in manual and automation testing on web applications
• Highly proficient in test automation development using Java, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, REST-Assured, JMeter
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban
• Ability to transform manual test cases into modular automated tests
• Know-how with Java, Github, Gitlab, SOAP, REST API are plus points.
• Test automation experience on Selenium, Cucumber, Appium.
• Strong hands-on with SQL programming.

Responsibilities

· Required to involves in architecture, design & development of distributed messaging system/streaming platform.

· Should assists in the design and implementation of our Kafka application architecture.

· Able to designs, build and maintain Kafka topics, producers and consumers for new and existing applications to help facilitate development team onboard Kafka. Help educate teams on Kafka standard practices.

· Able to contributes to the tuning and architecture with a strong understanding of related Kafka Connect and Linux fundamentals.

· Monitors and observes Kafka health metrics and alerts, taking action proactively and in a timely manner

· Able to supports all planned maintenance activities, BAU activities for Kafka Platform including any emergency maintenance.

· Should performs upgrades for Kafka Platform.

· Should implements standard security practices for securing Kafka platform

· Able to contributes the technical vision, architecture and implementation for our streaming platform; including CI/CD, Self-Service Interfaces, Feature Development and Continuous Delivery.

Skills/Requirement

· Required to have strong experience with managing distributed messaging systems, like multiple Kafka clusters.

· Extensive experience in working with Kafka ecosystem (Kafka Brokers, Kafka Connect, Zookeeper) in production (open source or enterprise distributions).

· Exposure to Confluent stack (Confluent ksqlDB, Rest Proxy, Schema Registry, Control Centre) will be highly appreciated.

· 2+ years of experience in administration and configuration of Apache Kafka or Confluent Kafka platform.

· Able to have experience in the development and deployment of Apache Kafka and middleware automation for enterprise wide consumption.

· Need to have experience using Bitbucket, Bamboo, Nexus, Kibana, Elastic Search, FileBeat.

· Should have experience & knowledge on implementing various security standards (TLS, mTLS, PKI, Encryptions, Authentication, Authorization) used in securing Kafka clusters.

· Good experience or working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Spring Boot, Java.
