Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Line sustaining activities and new device process development/evaluation for wet related processes
• Support NPI for any gap analysis and new device safe launch monitoring
• Wet Process recipe creation based on device requirements
• Perform wet process window study and provide improvement plan to reduce OOC and improve CPK
• Lead continuous improvement projects & device qualifications using APQP approach
• Work with Quality Management department to address customer inquiries and issues.
• Execute CIP (Continuous Improvement Program) or manage projects that contribute to improved yield & cost efficiency
• Characterizing wet process and ensure SPC is well maintained and under control
• Start up and qualify new wet processes/material and new equipment within the scheduled timeline
• Work with RnD for new technology roadmap and report the evaluation results in a timely manner
• Update specifications/ documentation to meet TS16949 Quality Standard requirements (Work instruction, PFMEA, OCAP)
• Involvement in Smart Factory (Scope inspection, AI ADC for AOI, Hand Free automation)

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Science
• At least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry with wet process such as electrochemical plating, wet etching etc
• Statistical (SPC) and analytical skills (problem solving methodologies) are essential
• Application of quality and SPC tools at work - FMEA, DOE, SPC, etc

Responsibilities:

• Manages internal and customer projects from engagement until project closure through proper planning and timely execution by working with internal cross-functional teams and customer
• Maintains documentation of customer projects starting from Kick-off, Engineering build, Qualification and Off-load to full production
• Reviews and analyses customer’s specifications and requirements in terms of material, process and assembly specification
• Initiates team discussion/ review on customer document gaps/ discrepancies and recommend proposals to customer
• Plan and generate detailed customer project activity timeline, track progress and anticipate potential issues and resolve it with internal stakeholders
• Ensures that customer indices are monitored and reviewed by having regular meet-up and review of team performance
• Develop and grow people project management skills, adopting on dynamic changes and crisis management
• Drive for productivity improvement and cost reduction in process integration
• Work with TPM/ Sales/ customer for new design win and handle NPI engineering activities- reliability / Yield and Quality issue

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of Engineering experience in Semiconductor manufacturing industry
• Preferably with Project Management Certification
• Knowledge of how bumping, assembly material interact with package workmanship and reliability would be preferred
• Knowledge on WLCSP bumping process of 2P2M; DOE/SPC / FMEA /JMP/ APQP standard
• Bumping process knowledge on (Lithography, Sputter, Etching, Plating, Descum & Ball drop process preferred

Job Resposibilities :

• Provide engineering support on all equipment operational issues to meet production output and quality.
• Support engineer to evaluate, set up, qualify, maintain and calibrate test system for operation to meet customer needs, equipment specifications.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance for all Testers as per schedule and support engineer in equipment qualification and release to production in meeting output, quality & reliability.
• Provide line and engineering support that include equipment conversion, repair, maintenance and operational issues to minimize equipment downtime in meeting output, quality and cycletime.
• Prepare daily engineering reports and preventive maintenance checklist for all testers and compilation on equipment conversion/ downtime and performance index
• Perform test equipment set-up / conversion for operation.
• Maintain, install, troubleshoot and repair all in-house test production equipments
• Assist Leaders / Engineers in driving on their respective CIP’s improvements
• Assist Leaders / Engineers in driving on the productivity and cost control effective operation
• Organize, maintain and safe-keep equipment, spare parts and consumables.
• Update maintenance records.
• Lead / ensure good housekeeping, plant work discipline, ESD and safety awareness at all times.

• Understand and perform network IP configuration, communicate with vendor, infra to complete setup
• Support the migration and maintenance of EAP, MES, and RMS systems

• Support the preparation and maintenance of EE department documentation and audits.
• Manage and monitor equipment spare parts
• Provide training and guidance to team members

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering/ Information Technology/ Computer Science or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or in a manufacturing plant with automation
• Knowledge of Equipment Automation Process (EAP), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and Recipe Management System (RMS) functions
• Knowledge of calibration requirements and standards
• Knowledge of smart factory automation and system development framework
