Duties and Responsibilities

- Document Control which align with Change Management procedure as require upon receive specs from customer.

- Proper Document Control with Cosmetic stamped for all new drawing from sales

- Log in all RFQ from Sales into Engineering RFQ folder

- Handle order processing. Put up job sheet and pull out the correct drawing revision from server.

- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate manager.

- Supporting in Quality MRB meeting and update disposition into new routing accordingly.

- Supporting new products' manufacturing studies and develop process control specifications.

- Supporting Efficient & Effective process engineering planning (Process Routing) base on costing estimation request.

- Planned and maintaining process routing in ERP system whenever there is repeated work order launched.

Job Requirement

- Minimum O-Level requirement

- Fresh graduate are welcome

- Possess good written and communication skills.

- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

- Knowledge in using MRP/ERP system is an advantage.

- Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all time.

• Assist the Chief Engineer and/or Maintenance Officer to issue Work Orders / HotSOS to Duty Engineers and Technicians.
• To compile all hardcopies of Daily Activities, Meter Readings and Maintenance Report and transfer in engineering e-folder.
• Preparation and submission of Monthly Maintenance and Utilities Report.
• Check the work load and efficiency of various sections.
• To monitor and update Maintenance Schedule for both in-house Engineering Team and outsource Contractors on daily basis.
• Ensure Duty Personnel and Vendors carry out the Room Preventive Maintenance (RPM) and the Periodic Plant Maintenance (PPM) works according to the scheme and schedule.
• Filing of Vendor’s Service Reports, Invoices and other documents.
• To assist Chief Engineer and/or Maintenance Officer on Licensing and Maintenance Contracts expiry and renewal.

• Assist in new / modified materials and process development program.
• Perform microbiological / environmental / chemical analysis pertaining to product release, project and validation related testing.
• Ensure that all tests are performed in accordance with written procedures.
• Isolate and identify unusual contamination and their sources.
• Write test method validation protocols for processes in which microbiological control is of significance.
• Ensure documented sterilization procedures are provided.
• Monitor the operation of sterilization facilities.
• Appointed as a trainer on identified subject matter expert. Train new Lab staff.
• Assessment of training effectiveness for new Lab Junior Technicians / Technicians.
