- Lead a team of engineers to deliver projects in various disciplines.
- Provide Guidance on the appropriate risk mitigation measures related to Process Safety issues required from design to operations of FPSO and FSO units.
- Provide Guidance for operational issues on safety engineering systems including fire / explosion protection systems, and emergency facilities.
- Provide guidance, development and lateral learning to other Technical Safety Engineers.
- Facilitate hazard workshops for Process hazards. These may include HAZID, HAZOP, SIL classification and Facility Layout and Siting.
- Complete HSEIA deliverables. These may include Fire & Explosion Risk Analysis (FERA), Consequences Modelling, Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), Fire & Gas Mapping Study, Air Dispersion Modelling (ADM), ALARP Demonstration, Escape Evacuation Risk Assessment (EERA), Emergency System Survivability Analysis (ESSA), Control of Major Accidental Hazards (COMAH), Bow-tie Analysis etc.
- Manage discipline work to the required schedule and manhour allocation, including requesting personnel as identified by the plan, and day-to-day supervision of sub-discipline personnel on the project.
- Identify work in progress and revenue forecasting.
- Assist in preparation of technical & commercial proposals.
