Responsibilities:

• This will be a frontend focused role, within the consumer facing applications team.
• You part of the Application Technology Team, responsible for managing account lifecycle, access control, notifications, logging, multi-tenancy, and other SaaS features used by enterprise-level B2B clients.
• You will work closely with our product design team to develop robust workflows that streamline the user experience and meet business requirements.
• You will tackle technology and data problems – how do we handle large amounts of data, ensure secure and efficient access control, provide reliable logging mechanisms, support multi-tenancy, and ensure proper access segregation across various business units?

Ideal Experience

Ideally, you should have at least 4 or more years of experience:

• Working with SaaS applications catering for a diverse range of enterprise clients.
• Creating reusable components and contributing to the in-house component library.
• Optimizing applications for performance and scalability, understand of frontend caching and state management.
• Have familiarity with UX design, capable of crafting seamless user experiences.
• Writing clean, testable code and being familiar with different testing strategies.

Bonus Experience

• Have experience working in an early-stage B2B startup focusing on enterprise clients
• Have experience handling large amounst of data
• Have worked in an Agile environment with a strong DevOps culture

They are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, Maintain and administer network, OS, Storage and backup
• Collaborate system development tasks to include design, implementation, integration and testing
• Provide on call, 24x7 supports for systems on a rotating basis. Implement corrective procedures to resolve production problems and minimize unplanned system outages
• Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution
• Coordinate with external parties and customers for problem resolutions

Requirements:

• Ideally 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure such as OS, Network, Storage & Backup
• Passionate in new technologies and keen to pick up new skillsets

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

1. Window servers (AD, DNS, Clustering)

Responsibilities:

Provide PCS support to manufacturing activities:

• Respond promptly to shift operations requests as PCS Advanced User
• Work with Shift Supervisor and Shift Lead to perform manual intervention tasks related to the PCS system to ensure continuous operation of critical processes.

Manual Intervention Tasks:

• Execute PCS manual interventions as needed, following established procedures.
• Collaborate with shift production personnels to address process intervention requests.
• Document all manual interventions activities accurately.
• Assist in reviewing the monthly Advanced User access report generated.

Shift Support:

• Work in rotating shifts to cover 24/7 production operations.
• Coordinate with other shift Automation resources to ensure smooth handovers.
• Contact and assist duty Automation Engineer on resolving complex technical tasks.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Report any safety incidents promptly.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Hand-on experience and basic understanding of manufacturing process control systems usage.
• Ability to follow procedures.
• Good communication skills and a team player.

Additional Information:

• Training will be provided on relevant systems.
• May be required to work the night shift on a temporary basis if necessary
