Position Available : Assistant Engineer (M&E),
On The Job Training (OJT)
Job Description:
Project supervision of Mechanical & Electrical installation projects
Work closely with the Project Manager and/or Engineer to prepare Work Method Statement, Risk Assessment and related documentation to the client when requested (Training will be provided for preparation of documents)
Able to read Mechanical & Electrical schematic drawings
Able to understand client's requirements for works to be carried out on site
Preparation of documents for submission to the client
Coordinate and liase closely with Sub Contractor, Suppliers, Vendors and Clients
Understand project specification and supervise installation according to good installation techniques
Update progress matters and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are complied with
Preparing all testing documents requested by the Project Manager/Engineer for the required scope of works
Any related duties assigned by the superior from time to time
Job Requirements:
Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course (if any)
Certificate in Developing a Risk Management Implementation Plan (If any)
Certificate in Work at Heights Course (If any)
M&E Coordination Certificate or CoreTrade Supervisor for M&E (If any)
At least 2 years of working experience in M & E site supervision
Keen to attend necessary courses related to Job Description
Ability to interact effectively with staff and clients
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Power Point
Ability to read/interpret AutoCad drawings
