Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.

• 5 years and above of relevant experience in DevOps, candidates with lesser years of experience maybe considered for junior positions.

• Passion for automation, standardization and best practices in software development and testing

• Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.

• Experience working with high availability, high performance, high security, multi-data center systems.

• Demonstrable skills in three or more programing/scripting languages

• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues ranging from system resource to application stack traces

• Comfortable with Agile methodologies and working closely with product development teams

• Strong on collaboration and communication including documentation

• Motivated, self-directed, with good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.

• Experience and provision in design, implementation and management of infrastructure with strong focus on Chef for configuration management.

• Familiar with tools such as Jira, Bamboo, Nexus Repo, Bit Bucket, Confluence, Chef Automate, TestComplete, Selenium etc.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Svelte
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang and JavaScript
• Experience with database management systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services.
• Understanding of web application architecture, stateless architecture, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with asynchronous operations or message/event-driven architectures is a plus.
• PMP and/or CISSP certifications will be a plus.
• Proficiency with Java will be a plus
• Certifications in OpenJS, Kafka, and/or Scrum will be a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for various projects.
• Prepare and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, mechanical engineers, and contractors, to ensure project goals are met.
• Perform calculations to ensure safe and efficient electrical system designs.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as design specifications, project plans, and reports.
• Ensure all electrical engineering projects comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to prevent project delays.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and quality.
