Job Description:

• Oversee the implementation of new process and procedure.
• Evaluate and review current process performance to optimize productivity and workflow.
• Preparing reports and analyzing costs and feasibilities to ensure the budget constraint.
• Perform risk assessments of the equipment and processes being used as well as hazard identification.

• Plan, manage, execute and close out construction projects (and/ or maintenance construction works) in a safe, timely and sustainable manner including managing nominated subcontractors & vendors;

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognized by Singapore PE Board.
• Minimum 3-5 years' of relevant site experience work for civil projects.
• Must be technically inclined and possesses excellent problem-solving.
• Be able to work independently as well as acquiring good interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and construction teams.
• Experience in using Microsoft Project/ Primavera or equivalent is preferred
