Role:

Process Engineer will support and drive quality control and root cause investigations for both internal (IQC) and external (OTB and customer defect) findings. Both types of findings require working closely with various departments such as Supplier Quality, Production, Quality Management and RND. He/she is responsible to coordinate for short term containment as well as recommending appropriate improvements for prevention of recurrence.

Process Engineer is responsible for the process control of assigned product and using statistical process control methods, he/she is required to review and analyse data to ensure process stability. He/she will develop critical process metrics that can be monitored on a regular basis and resolving bottlenecks at the root cause. Process control also includes periodic review and updating of all work procedures and checklists in accordance with ISO9001 standards. He/she is required to develop and maintain FMEA and control plans for the assigned processes.

He/she will contribute to the review and approval of engineering changes, provide recommendations of improvements and ensuring change is implemented in Production/System Acceptance. In the event of line down due to defect, he/she is also responsible to escalate any topics to PSG for discussion and resolution.

As a stakeholder of the product, he/she will conduct risk assessment with other stakeholders such as Quality Management, Production and Supplier Quality to highlight any product or human related safety risks for discussion and resolution.

An Infrastructure Engineer (IE) is responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining the IT infrastructure using the latest technology for our Customers as well as internal in house systems. An Infrastructure Engineer requires all the IT systems that support businesses of any size to function efficiently. Infrastructure here includes Internet connectivity, security, cabling, servers and networking, virtualization platforms, storage area networks and any infrastructure related technologies.

With the expertise, Infrastructure Engineers ensure all of the systems within an organization function seamlessly. They work on site or remotely by evaluating all the systems within an infrastructure. Engineers may also be required to interact with all vendors on behalf of the customers or company concerning the infrastructure.

Infrastructure Engineer should be knowledgeable about network and security concepts, SAN technology and storage, and tuning techniques and system performance configuration and they should have exposure to networking in Windows server and Linux, TCP/IP environment, virtualization technologies, and OS performance monitoring.

Infrastructure Engineer needs good communication skills and must be able to work collaboratively with clients and other technical colleagues. They share their expertise and provide individual training and support to their technical colleagues within TSG. Infrastructure Engineer works with other technical staff and vendors to provide IT services to all our customers.

Your job duties will include but not limited to:

· performing installation, configuration, administration, migration, maintenance, tuning, troubleshooting, patching and upgrading of the IT infrastructure;
