Image Management:

• Create and maintain Windows Server images tailored for optimal performance and security.

Documentation:

• Document administration processes and procedures specific to platform and backup services, identity, and endpoint protection.

Installation and Configuration:

• Install, set up, configure, and maintain systems and services related to platform operations and security.

Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor hardware, server, and appliance performance related to platform and backup services, identifying, and addressing issues proactively.

Backup Management:

• Ensure the success of backup jobs for identity and endpoint protection systems, implementing improvements as needed.

Proactive System Monitoring:

• Proactively monitor system performance in the context of identity and endpoint protection, engaging in capacity planning.

Troubleshooting:

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to platform and backup services, identity, and endpoint protection.

Alert Response:

• Respond to alerts promptly, taking appropriate actions to maintain the integrity of platform and security services.

Reporting:

• Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and security metrics for analysis and review.

• Attend and resolve incidents within defined Service Level Agreements, ensuring operational excellence.

Qualification

Preferably one (1) years of IT experience,

Relevant certifications in system administration, platform operations or security would be advantageous.

Support Hours

Working hours (Staggered Shift)

Weekdays, 0800hrs to 2300hrs

Standby Hours

To support activities and incidents after working hours, eve of public holidays and public holidays

Engineer will be stationed at 1 site primarily but may be required to be at the other sites occasionally.

Job Scope:

Job Description:

· To coordinate and execute all QC procedures, documentations, and records.
