Working Hours:

Rotating 12 hrs shift or as assigned (tentatively 8am to 8pm)

• 4 days 12 hrs and 3 days rest
• Followed by 3 days 12 hrs and 4 days rest

Shift Allowance: $400 (CPF deductible)

Flexi Benefits: After 6 months of employment

Bonus: 1 month after one year.

Responsibilities:

• Round the clock monitoring and maintenance of the System (hardware and software) to ensure system uptime in accordance to SLA commitment.
• Respond to all incident/service calls and be first responder onsite to troubleshoot and resolve incidents including basic repairs or parts replacements.
• Create/update and track ticket in ticketing tool to closure observing SLA commitments
• Escalate when necessary in accordance to escalation matrix.
• Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting system hardware and all computer-based systems.
• Coordinate and work with third-party supplier or other contractors to identify the causes of issues e.g. hardware, software, network problems and etc. that may affect the proper functioning of the System.
• Liaise and work closely with customer to address service concerns and to solve technical problems.
• Work with technical team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
• Perform Install/Move/Add/Change (IMAC) activities as tasked.
• Ensure all material are properly documented and handed over during shift changes.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, IT or equivalent.
• Singapore Citizen or PR preferred.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in IT system support and hardware maintenance
• Experience in electrical/mechanical drawing, service/repair manuals and or diagrams will be added advantage. Basic knowledge in Networking and Database management will be added advantage.
• Airport operations background will be added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter, self-motivated and critical thinker who embraces challenges.
• Ability to work responsibly, independently and in a team.
• Able to interact with all levels of people and work under stress.

EUC Engineer L2

Brief Description:

End-User Support, strong in supporting all Windows, iOS, and macOS systems, applications, and networking related.

Responsibilities

• Basic help desk resolution and service desk delivery.
• Routine System administrative activities
• Resolve incidents escalated by L1/Helpdesk as per the agreed SLAs and timelines. They usually have a Run-Book/KB which they can refer to for immediate resolutions. They are also supposed to coordinate with any other support or dependency groups in case the incident has any linkage.
• Troubleshooting for Alert logs files, transaction logs and backup logs.
• Troubleshoot End to End User Devices
• Run the backups, recovery errors, respond to the request regarding the restoration of the DB
• Responsible on making backup tapes schedule and changes.
• Monitor the metric alerts, performance-related issues like high CPU utilization, Application performance, high Memory utilization, Application tuning and Query.

End-User Support, strong in supporting all windows, iOS, and macOS systems, applications, and networking related.

Responsibilities

• Experienced in troubleshooting both desktop/laptop hardware and software.
• Single point of contact for end-users to log incident and service requests via email and hotline.
• Support user queries or issues are captured and validated for further processing.
• Coordinate with different support teams (including vendor coordination) to ensure issues are resolved with proper resolution recorded.
• Adhere to the SOP and Policy defined.
• Responsible for Call logging, Assignment, Incident Management & Coordination, Call Tracking and follow‐up until closure within the agreed SLA.
• Implementing best practices to reduce time and increase efficiency.
