The Offensive Engineering Analyst will be responsible to conduct vulnerability assessment/penetration tests of Income internal/external web, mobile and web service applications and execute simulated security testing against corporate web applications, networks, and infrastructure. This role will come under the IT Risk and Security department, reporting to the Senior Manager of Cyber Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external vendors to conduct application security/penetration tests of Income internal/external web, mobile and web service applications, leveraging both manual techniques as well as automated tools in order to uncover and report security vulnerabilities that exist and liaising with systems & applications owners on follow up actions.
• Perform vulnerability scanning/discovery, tracking of remediation SLA and vulnerability fix verification in support of the remediation
• Plan and scope the internal Red Teaming program to conduct red teaming exercises and execute adversarial simulations mimicking real-world threat actors (APTs, insider threats, etc.) against Income environment using tools and manual techniques.
• Conduct compliance audit on Income Systems and Devices hardening standards.
• Perform risk assessment and recommend mitigations on vulnerability findings when remediation is not possible.
• Administer security tools and service providers.
• Support the running of bug bounty and vulnerability disclosure programs.
• Conduct meetings to communicate the findings and implications to stakeholders and track remediation status and outcomes.
• Undertake other projects and tasks that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with more than 5 years of experience in technology, information or cyber risk management, information security or enterprise architecture.
• Minimum of three years years of experience in offensive security (Red Teaming, Penetration Testing, or related fields).
• Minimum of two years direct information security experience in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, threat hunting, red teaming or similar roles.
• Strong background in application development, web application technologies and architectures, application security testing or vulnerability assessment.
• Familiar with penetration testing steps, methods, procedures, and excellent in using penetration testing tools.
• Familiar with attack techniques and methods, common security vulnerabilities and threats of network and application systems, and competent in identifying and evaluating these vulnerabilities and threats with existing tools.
• Equipped with programming skills in Java, .NET or Python.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CEH, OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, GWAPT, CREST CRT certifications is preferred.

Competencies

• Hands-on experience on vulnerability assessment tools (Preferably Tenable and others such as Qualys, Rapid7).
• Working knowledge on industry standard scoring models such as CVSS.
• Working knowledge on SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA and DevSecOps.
• Familiarity with penetration testing techniques (eg web application proxies, packet capture analysis software, browser extensions, penetration testing Linux distributions, static source code analyzers, SoapUI, etc).
• Good understanding of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), such as those outlined by MITRE ATT&CK.
• Good understanding of offensive security tools (e.g., Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Burp Suite, BloodHound, Mimikatz).
• Good written skills and able to effectively communicate security and risk-related concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work well under pressure and demonstrate the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications,approved drawings, and project timelines.
• Manage the planning, scheduling, coordination, and integration of M&E systems installation and commissioning.
• Supervise M&E subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work, safety, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Monitor and track the progress of M&E works,providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other departments to resolve technical issues,discrepancies, and ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with other building components.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, building codes, and quality assurance requirements (e.g., CONQUAS, QM).
• Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and subcontractors regarding M&E issues, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
• Ensure M&E works comply with Safe Work Procedures and safety regulations throughout the installation and commissioning process.
• Prepare and submit M&E-related documentation,reports, and progress updates as required by the project schedule.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields; PE Board recognized degree is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with strong M&E project management expertise and at least one completed project cycle.
• Possess Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP) certification is a plus.
• Experience with MOHH or HDB projects is a plus.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, BIM software, or other M&E design tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to supervise teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of M&E systems, installation methods, and industry standards.

YOUR ROLE:

The Lead/Senior DevOps Engineer will maintain and support an on-premises cloud infrastructure and apply DevOps practices and solutions. The person will also implement cloud-related and DevOps technologies such as AWS/Puppet/Chef/Elk/Azure/Openstack. Senior DevOps Engineer will be expected to conduct workshops with client to identify their challenges, come up with transformation roadmap and deliver technical solutions while coaching delivery teams on DevOps best practices.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customers with reliable solutions
• Configure, maintain, and support the infrastructure both cloud and on-premises.
• Install, maintain, and support the various CI/CD, security and testing related tools
• Create multi-stage CI/CD pipelines to enable faster and frequent releases to production; help delivery teams automate their build and deployment to public cloud
• In some cases, act as a system administrator on different operating systems
• Document, and share knowledge on developed DevSecOps solutions

WHO YOU ARE:

• Strong Unix / Linux / Bash knowledge
• Deep understanding of cloud computing, e.g. technologies, deployment, costing, HA/DR, etc
• You should be able to coach delivery teams on DevOps principles, e.g. CI/CD, test automation, release automation etc. and engineering practices, e.g. TDD, BDD
• Well versed with at least one of the public, private or hybrid cloud platforms such as Openstack, VMWare, OpenShift, AWS, Azure or Google Cloud (GCP)
• Hands-on experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code using various tools including but not limited to Terraform, Pulumi, etc
• Experience with developing and implementing processes to handle releases from development to operations while respecting internal rules, and offering solutions for rollback etc
• You have a good understanding of microservice and event-driven architectures and DevSecOps practices which support relatively complex distributed systems
• Strong RDBMS and NoSQL skill in deploying and fine-tuning such as MySQL, Oracle, Elasticsearch.
• Good understanding of monitoring and hands-on experience of setting up and configuring monitoring tools (e.g. ELK, Prometheus, Grafana and Splunk)
• Overall, 3 - 8 years of experience in platform automation, applying various DevOps principles
• At least 4 years of experience in people management and past experience mentoring engineers
