Job Description

• Manage post-sales activities for Cybersecurity and Network Performance Monitoring products.
• Lead large-scale project implementations locally and regionally.
• Provide on-site services, including testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Deliver technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries using existing knowledge bases.
• Be on standby for 24×7 maintenance support calls.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering orrelated field
• With system administration experience (Solarwinds) or basic networking knowledge (Gigamon).

Responsibilities:

• Plays a critical role in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and cooperate customer needs.
• Understand, design and propose CCTV/IIOT solutions tailored to industrial environments.
• Create technical presentations and proposals for clients.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
• Work closely with sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities.
• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to address specific customer needs and feedback.

Requirement:

• Polytechnic or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably in the CCTV/IIOT industry.
• In-depth knowledge of CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and video management software.
• Good understanding of IIOT concepts and familiarity with network infrastructure technologies.
• Understanding of various industrial environments, regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to CCTV/IIOT solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and be strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation and proposals.
• Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to speak in Mandarin to liaise with our China-based team.
