Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Lead NPI projects, guiding them from prototype to mass production.
- Ensure projects align with company objectives.
Setting Expectations:
- Define clear deliverables and expectations for each project phase.
- Maintain alignment with company objectives throughout.
Goal Definition:
- Establish concise goals and objectives within project frameworks.
- Keep the team focused and motivated to achieve targets.
Facilitating Collaboration:
- Initiate and lead collaborative meetings to achieve project goals.
- Foster innovation and teamwork among team members.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between product designers and internal development teams.
- Facilitate discussions on design concepts, technical trade-offs, and engineering solutions.
Customer Engagement:
- Understand customer requirements through effective communication.
- Relay feedback to internal process engineering and quality teams.
Resource Management:
- Lead cross-functional groups in resource management to meet customer demand.
- Oversee equipment procurement, hiring, and shop floor management.
Supplier Relations:
- Maintain relationships with strategic suppliers.
- Ensure quality, supply, and cost objectives are met.
Cost Management:
- Monitor program expenses and manage costs to stay within budget.
Issue Resolution:
- Arrange and lead reviews or meetings to address issues.
- Develop optimal solutions to meet customer needs.
Opportunity:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, preferably with knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to distill complex issues into simple, actionable plans.
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
