A little about you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 - 8 years of experience working in a pre-sales capacity related to Engineering/IT, preferably in the Aviation industry
• Has at least 3 years’ experience in designing, implementation of engineering/IT solutions
• Familiar with Aviation regularity compliance is a plus
• Strong technical skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a methodical and disciplined manner. Set and manage expectations with senior stakeholders and team members
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including being able to interact with senior executives
• History of creating rapport with customers, from line technicians to line and mid-level managers

Responsibilities:

• Assist project manager in execution of plans at construction site
• Execute project plan and ensure works completed as per schedule and in accordance to contract specification and design drawing
• Ensure construction site fulfils authority's code of practice and comply with in-house safety rules & regulation.
• Liaise with parties involved in the project including authorities, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule
• Monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement, and coordination with all parties to ensure work completed within target time and budget
• Update construction drawings

• Review of civil & structural working drawings and shop drawings

• Tracking and optimizing manpower for each works.
