Key Responsibilities

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Engineering.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in applying advanced aspects of technical/engineering expertise to practical business problems.
• Skilled in designing automated machinery, programming PLCs, and machining (CNC, milling, lathe, and grinding).
• Understand chemical process control and risk assessment in chemical or medical device production.
• Know legal safety standards for installing large-scale equipment and permits in the medical device field.
• Proficient in design, engineering, and project management.
• Expert in PLC and HMI programming for various platforms like Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Keyence, Omron, etc.
• Proficient in SolidWorks design software.

• Reports to Construction Manager
• Assist project teams in the preparation of project specific CONQUAS/Quality Management assessment by BCA with specific contract requirements.
• Able to plan ahead and lead / coordinate all subcontractors
• Review, coordinate and comment on subcontractor’s drawings and other submittals
• Ensure workmanship, procedures and method statements are in accordance to specified standards.
• Able to keep track of project progress and identify possible delay events with mitigations such as re-sequencing of work etc
