Bruker Singapore is seeking for a Field Service Engineer within the service organization. He/She is an ambassador of Bruker Nano Surfaces Metrology (BNSM) instrumentation and technology. Bruker Nano Surfaces Metrology manufactures the world's leading Atomic Forces Microscopes, Stylus profilers, Mechanical Testers, X-Ray Diffractometer and non-contact 3D optical microscope instrumentation. • Develop and harmonise trade related SOPs, Preventive Maintenance Checklists and working instructions with the cluster institutions for alignment to prevailing Singapore Standards / Code of Practices and/or industry best practices for benchmarking.

5) Asset Management

• Plan and oversee Mechanical system upgrades/improvements or replacements before their expiration or its end of life.

6) Projects

• Project Manager or render support to Project Managers for improvement works to existing hospital facilities such as renovation and retrofitting, replacement of system infrastructure and improvement initiatives to existing specialized systems and hospital facilities.
• Prepare Approval To Purchase (ATP) and Approval To Award (ATA) papers for Preventive Maintenance Contracts and projects.

7) Knowledge management

• Maintain good documentation (e.g records of all contracts, reports, agreements, check lists) with FM Admin team to ensure full compliance.

Required Competencies and Capabilities (Skills, Experiences and Professional Licences)

• Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in management of mechanical systems operations. (Note: Minimum 8 years for Diploma Holders)
• Experience in Fire Safety/ Alarm System, Medical Gas/ Vacuum System, Lift and Escalator System, Pneumatic Tube System, Mechanical Automation system is advantageous.
