Purpose: Managing and leading a team responsible for the design and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, or plants to ensure manufacturing excellence and meet customer demands and targets. Being a Process Engineering Manager, having to strategize and map the technology roadmap to stay competitive. Ensuring the optimization of resources to increase productivity. Key Area of Responsibilities:

• Oversees process engineering efforts on cost savings opportunities, support for new products (NPI), and tracking expenses.
• Ensure optimization and improvement of equipment and processes for long-term robustness and reliability.
• Oversee the conceptual analysis of new capital projects while implementing engineering standards and best practices in project design.
• Motivation and development of a world-class processing team.
• Troubleshoot and lead the repair of process equipment and systems as required.
• Understand new processes and manufacturing methods.
• Have good analytical skills to handle quality issues and meet customer quality expectations.
• Participate in management team policies formulation and strategies of the factory.
• People management, ensuring the team is fully equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Qualification & Experiences:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Precision or Industrial Engineering)
• At least 10 years of experience in process management in the manufacturing assembly environment.
• Strategic, creative, and systemic thinking
• Experience in system setup
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team will be a plus
• Lean Six Sigma certification will be an advantage
• QA 7 tools for Process Improvement

Duties of Chemical Process Technician:

• Verification of necessary raw materials for the blending process.
• Ensuring cleanliness of tanks and the surrounding area.
• Collaboration with the team to execute inline cleaning in place and steam in place.
• Documentation for Raw Material Receipt (RMR), including bubble point tests and chemical weighing.
• Overseeing the regeneration of the RO water system.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Nitec in Chemical or Engineering related discipline
• Comfortable to perform rotating shifts

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Solution Engineer who is an IT professional well versed in the field of Microsoft Products such as Active Directory, Exchange Servers, Microsoft Lync Server etc. You will help in accomplishing in High Availability solution such as Failover Clustering, Network and DNS load balancing.

What Will You Do

• Able to work as a Deployment Engineer in a Project Team specialized in Microsoft products (Active Directory, Exchange Servers, Microsoft Virtualization Hyper-V, O365, Azure).
• To perform deploying, Migration, Configuration and Implementation of Microsoft Active Directory Infrastructure, Microsoft Exchange Servers, Microsoft Lync Servers, and Microsoft Hyper-V Virtualization.
• To provide solution for the Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server and Lync Server to the enterprise customers.
• To migrate Active Directory, upgrade and deploy High Availability Solution.
• To migrate Microsoft Exchange Servers from Different Email Platforms such as Lotus Notes, Transition between the Exchange Platforms, High Availability Implementation such as Fail over clustering (Exchange 2010\Exchange 2013\Exchange 2016\Exchange 2019 DAG, Exchange 2007 CCR, SCR, SCC failover clustering).

What Do We Want

• At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology, or any relevant degree.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Microsoft technologies especially hands-on experience in cross-forest Active Directory migration, on-premises Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 migration projects.
• Having a Microsoft certification such as MCSE or MCP: Microsoft Exchange or Office 365 will be advantageous
• Proven experience in deployment and testing of endpoints, Office 365 services, Active Directory Federation Services, and modern authentications.
• Overall Office 365 security expertise including strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection, Information Rights Management, sign-on and multi-factor authentication, and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security.
• Must have experience in analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 related issues.
• Must have experience in Deploying Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Servers (2000/2003/2007/2010/2016/2019), O365, Microsoft Lync Server, and Unified Communication.
