• Guide operation teams through ECO changes and implementations.
• Drive process efficiency through improvements, UPH tracking, and Kaizen activities.
• Update and track the EC master list.
• Prepare and update Working Instructions.
• Provide training on Working Instructions to production teams.
• Support the NPI (New Product Introduction) process.
• Assist with production during mass runs.
• Participate in ISO activities related to implementation and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with customers, HQ/factory, peers, subordinates, and superiors.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure all the maintenance works carried out systematically, efficiently & safely.
• By improving existing preventive maintenance system thus reduce maintenance cost and improve performance of equipment.
• To be the initiator and coordinator of MOC for any addition, modification and replacement in the system.
• To assist the Section Manager and Supervisor to co-ordinate and supervise the day to day activities.
• To troubleshoot Mechanical Equipment / Systems’ problems when it runs abnormally malfunction.
• To work closely with the operation team for daily, weekly and monthly maintenance programmed to maintain all equipment running efficiently, safely and smoothly.
• To train all technician and staffs on equipment maintenance and monitor the 5S and TPM activities carried out in the section.
• To assist the Section Manager to propose and implement action plans to rectify faults occurring in the system/processes.
• To be involved in new project management time to time and be responsible for document preparation and other paper works, as well as co-ordination with contractors & Vendors.
• To manage all Mechanical & electrical Instruments spare parts and tools.

Resident Engineer (RE-Mechanical/Electrical)

a. Minimum six (6) years of relevant experience as a mechanical and electrical engineer, of which at least 3 years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to the Works, i.e. in particular major construction

works in buildings, services laying and testing and commissioning;

Resident Engineer (RE-C&S)

a. Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience as a civil & structural engineer, of which at least 3 years shall be in supervision of works in projects similar in size and complexity; in particular deep excavation and foundation, cut and cover tunnel works and building works;

b. Possess a civil and structural engineering degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore;

c. Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore;

d. Lead C&S and/or geotechnical site staff to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by CAG, QP(S), SRE, the project consultants and FUI owners. He must possess good leadership qualities, organisational and inter-personal skills;

e. Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and submission of progress report;

f. Possess strong supervision and leadership skills;

g. Must be willing to work shifts.
