• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Building Science with at least 3 years knowledge in QM/CONQUAS requirements.
• Implement and monitoring QA/QC System.
• Produce Non-Conformance Reports.

· 6+ years’ relevant working experience in Financial Institutions.

· 1+ years’ experience or exposure to a Dev Ops project implementation.

· Technical skills in IT infrastructure (network, servers, database, application servers).

· Technical skills in Cloud Architecture/Service, DevOps platform.

· Strong technical and analytical skills.

· ITIL, IT Operations, Project Methodology & Tools (e.g. PMP/PRINCE2).

· Knowledge of Agile Methodology in Project Management.

Our client is one of the leader in Semi-con industry, they are hiring a memory layout engineer to join the team and this will be a 12 month contract.

Job Description

We are looking for result-driven candidates who can thrive under a fast-pace working environment and having a strong desire to create an impact in the organization:

• Responsible for the development of memory layouts in advance CMOS and finfet processes;
• Perform physical verifications of different memory types, from bottom cells to top hierarchy;
• Undertake the assignments independently or in a team;
• Work closely with memory design engineers and memory compiler engineers to ensure highest quality memory layouts.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma / Bachelor of Science or above with major in Electrical and Electronic Engineering / Electronic Engineering majoring in Microelectronics
• Should have good understanding of basic memory architecture, and memory leaf cell layout creation;
• Should have good understanding of basic CMOS and finfet circuits;
• Experience and familiarity in various physical verification checks like DRC, LVS, ERC, Antenna, Density, ESD, LUP, EM, IR, etc.;
• Understanding and working knowledge of good layout practices (matching, etc), especially in advanced process nodes, like 7nm, 5nm, 3nm etc, is preferred;
• Good understanding of deep sub-micron and DFM issues in layout design (WPE, LOD effects, etc.);
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Memory Layout Design (SRAM, EFUSE, Via-ROM, TCAM, etc.);
• Proficient with Synopsys Laker/Custom Compiler, or Cadence Virtuoso;
• Familiar with Mentor Graphics Calibre, and Unix environment;

· Lead in the preparation of detailed design reports, calculations and drawings.

Requirements:

· Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized University and eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore).

· A minimum of 5 years of design experience.

· Conversant with local codes and authority submission procedures

· Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills

· Have good knowledge of common structural design software.

· Working experience in engineering design consulting practice on building, geotechnical, infrastructure, rail or road projects (underground/basement/elevated structures, tunnel structures and MRT station structures)

· Good project management skills and strong analytical skills

· Able to work under pressure with good time management skill

Geotechnical:

- Experienced in the design and design management of major earth retaining and stabilizing structures, deep foundations, reclamations, ground improvements, slope stabilities.

- Familiar with the preparation of Geotechnical Interpretative Reports.

- Familiar with the geotechnical impact assessment of structures and instrumentations.

- Familiar with the application of geotechnical FEM software.
