Site Reliability Engineer

As Site Reliability Engineers we are responsible for the stability and reliability of our financial technology platform.

It is a technical position for which we are in need of experienced engineers to help the rest of the engineering organization design, implement, maintain, scale and troubleshoot our platform.

Who you are

• Strong familiarity with SRE practices and methodologies such as SLOs, error budgets, incident management and reducing toil;
• You have either a software engineering or infrastructure background, being the one writing code to automate problems away;
• You enjoy troubleshooting and you always want to get to the root cause of the problem;
• You embrace calculated risk and failures;
• You see other engineering teams as your clients and you want to ensure they are confident in building, operating and maintaining reliable services;

Wintel Engineer JD

. Hands on Experience in Cloud

· Administration and troubleshooting of Windows Servers (Preferably Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2012, Windows server 2003).

· Able to Install of windows servers and has good troubleshooting skills for Wintel systems, knowledge in hardening and securing of Wintel systems.

· Advanced level of Administration of Windows server with active directory, DNS, DHCP and High Availability.

· Understanding of RAID, pros and cons of various RAID levels and decision making on the same in a given situation

· Microsoft cluster configuration, administration and troubleshooting.

· Working experience with various storages, precisely for cluster configurations is good to have.

· Working knowledge in SAN environment and storage space management from systems side is good to have.

· File system and quota management.

· Experience and knowledge on FTP and SFTP Client and Server Model.

· Experience and knowledge with installing and implementing VMware ESX server, VMware virtual Center, setting up V-Motion, HA, DRS, and related VMware products such as VM Workstation, VMware converter VM Backup products and other products for virtualization would be advantages.

· Understanding about the ITIL process

· 3+ Years of System Administration Experience is must.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.1 Responsible for manufacturing process at Lamination and UV Exposure for lead frame at PES.

1.2 To resolve all daily process and products’ quality issue.

1.3 Responsible for Yield, Capacity, Cycle Time and Capability improvement programs to achieve cost reduction.

1.4 Perform 5W1H methodology to determine root cause and implement improvement actions on daily production lot rejects.

1.5 Perform evaluation to optimize and improve manufacturing process capability and yield.

1.6 Qualify new materials; processes, equipment and system.

1.7 Establish and generate the process control, process FMEA and operation work Instruction documentation.

1.8 Perform SPC review.

1.9 Perform other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time

Qualification :

Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics or Manufacturing)

Job Requirements :

Knowledge in copper etching process and photosensitive film imaging processes. Experience in lead-frame or PCB etching manufacturing processes. Skillful in problem solving techniques using statistical tools and data analysis. Familiar with Microsoft Office software and project management skill. Must have basic knowledge in Design of Experiment (DOE), SPC and other quality tools. Fresh grads are welcome. 2-3 years of experience in Leadframe manufacturing environment would be an advantage

Job Description

• Understanding of Project Specifications, construction drawings and to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client’s requirements
• Monitor site works to ensure the method statements and work procedure are strictly followed.
• Competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor’s work site
• Ensure the Builder executes the work in accordance to Consultant’s instructions
• Check drawings for discrepancies and highlight to Consultant, suggesting possible solutions to prevent delays
• Conduct quality inspections and quality control of materials used for the project
• To ensure proper documentation of site inspection records, safety records and approved /as-built drawings
• Maintaining and updating site records on progress of work, housekeeping and preparing reports
• Verify the contractors’ progress payment, claim in terms of work done and materials/equipment delivered and stored on site
• Witness all the inspection, testing and commissioning sessions performed by the contractors to ensure compliance with designs and specifications
