• Approximately 5 years of relevant Main Contractor experience
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities

• To perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act.
• To supervise the timely execution of the works and maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, allocated timeframe, all other contract documents, and site instructions.
• To check all drawings and specifications to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans for discrepancies and report to the Superintending Officer / Consultant / Qualified Person as stated below:
• Check shop drawings submitted by contractor.
• Check as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manual submitted by contractor.
• To check on quality of materials and samples delivered to site and report to Superintending Officer / Consultant / Qualified Person on any materials that are not conforming to the specifications.
• To check mock-ups done on site, where necessary.
• To ensure that the required construction tests in connection with the construction works are carried out where necessary.

Qualifications

• Possess Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Registered Resident Technical Officer with IES / ACES.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as RTO in supervision of works similar in nature to major construction works in buildings, civil, HDB carpark.

Job Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge about timber, metal doors and hardware
• To develop, implement and maintain of Quality Plan and Procedures to ensure targets are achieved.
• To ensure all materials used had obtained approval from the client/consultants.
• Good knowledge of various regulations, policies, and statutory requirements, related to the building industry
• Assess site operations and procedures daily and recommend improvement actions
• Conduct Internal / External Quality Audits

Job Requirements:

• Architectural-trained or Structural-trained work experience
• Minimum 3 years working experience in construction
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Reading and interpreting blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts.

· Installs, maintains, repairs pipes and fixtures associated water distribution and sanitation systems health according to safety standards and complies with building codes.

· Fitting and repairing various household appliances.

· Cutting, welding and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.

· Inspects drainage and other plumbing systems for compliance with local and authorities’ regulations.

· Inspect and conduct water tank maintenance works complying with PUB requirements.

· Collaborates with contractors, construction workers, electricians for smooth completion of work.

· Handling customer queries and responding to call outs.

· Troubleshooting and resolving problems.

· Preparing cost estimates.

· To carry out the necessary plumbing work submission to Authority.

Job Requirements:

· Must be certified/Licensed Plumber (PUB Plumber License)

· 3 – 5 Years of relevant working experience

About the role:

• Conduct engineering calculations, including planning, tendering, estimating, costing, and conducting measurements, technical data, unit rate, particularly for M&E.
• Provide technical expertise and support in various engineering tasks and activities.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders engaged in project-related matters.
• Preparation of progress claims, variation orders, verifying subcontractor / suppliers’ claims
• Review, co-ordinate and generate subcontractor’s M&E shop drawings as and when necessary.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

About you:

• Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Demonstrate proficiency and competency in M&E function and can work independently.
• Able to work as a team player.
• Must be results driven.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
