This role is responsible for overseeing of the M&E related services of the buildings and ensure they are in working order.

About the Role:
- Oversee the M&E related services of the buildings and ensure they are in working order.
- Attend to feedback, complaints and requests from Client or other relevant stakeholders.
- Provide support to tenancy management on the technical aspect related to M&E systems.
- Prepare, review and update maintenance schedule
- Provide engineering and technical assessment in troubleshooting, identifying the appropriate causes, review and implement the appropriate solutions to resolve engineering issues.
- Supervise & manage sub-contractors carrying out the routine or reactive maintenance work.
- Be familiar with the use of the IBMS/BMS system, computerized maintenance management system, e-PTW system.
- Prepare cost estimates and proposal for ad-hoc works.
Prepare incident report when required, utilities report, M&E reports for KPI meeting, etc. - Attend monthly KPI meeting with Client
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by Supervisors or Client
About You:
- Degree or Diploma in Facility Management / Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant facility management, plumbing & Sanitary, Mechanical or ACMV related working experience
