Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of ACMV/HVAC air-conditioning.
• To ensure the maintenance programs and rectification jobs are manage by a team of technical officers and technicians efficiently.
• Responsible for the daily AC thermal comfort are within acceptable limit.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Provides project status of assigned task list items to Facilities supervisors, managers, technicians, and other internal department personnel, as necessary.
• Works as a collaborator and with a wide variety of other professionals to find unique solutions to challenging problems.
• Implement efficiency improvement on the operational process, innovating and implementing systems improvement on energy conservation.
• Preparing reports and documentation.
• Creating maintenance plans and schedules.
• Coordinating contractors for installation and maintenance projects.
• Checking work completed by contractors for compliance and safety.
• Plan, schedule and supervise Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work activities, priorities and reallocate resource when required, on ACMV equipment system under the responsibilities of Facilities organization.
• Conducting research on systems and equipment and presenting this information to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Evaluating the efficiency of systems and equipment within a facility.
• Lead and participate in equipment and system abnormalities root cause analysis, attend review meeting, and provide update, then execute corrective and preventive action for continual improvement, this includes installation and modification work on existing or new mechanical equipment and system.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, or industrial).
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ACMV works or a related field.
• Proficient knowledge of construction principles and building processes.
• Thorough understanding of building regulations and health and safety protocols.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with non-engineering team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Experience with project management principles.

Responsibilities:

• Sitting within Data & Technology Architecture Dept, the Cloud Security Engineer is responsible:
• Design, implement and manage security measures for cloud environments.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into cloud-based applications and services.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
• Implement and maintain access controls, encryption, and other security features.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging threats to proactively address potential vulnerabilities.
• Develop and document security policies, procedures, and guidelines for cloud environments.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Security - Specialty or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Organized, independent and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced working environment and adhere to organizational process and governance.
• Minimum five years of relevant IT experience in deploying and managing application and services on cloud, including the design, development, implementation and/or management of the solution.
• Proven experience as a Cloud Security Engineer or similar role, with a focus on AWS cloud services
• Good knowledge in security
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficient in security concepts related to infrastructure as code (IaC) and containerization.
• Experience with security tools and technologies, such as Security Information and Events Management, Data Loss Prevention, Database Activity Monitoring, Data Security and Protection, Privileged Access Management, File Integrity Monitoring, Web Application Firewall, Intrusion Prevent etc.
