  • Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure the formwork can safely support the loads during the construction process.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate formwork materials and systems based on project requirements.
  • Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and construction teams to understand project requirements and constraints.
  • Coordinate with other engineers and design team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in designs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams during the formwork installation and removal phases.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certification or licensure (e.g., PE, Chartered Engineer) is desirable.
  • Proven experience in formwork design, structural engineering, or a related role within the construction industry.
  • Willingness to be trained and use Tekla design software is a bonus
  • Proficient in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla) for creating detailed formwork designs.
