Your responsibilities

• Perform the electrical design, simulation and analysis of power electronics circuits and systems to meet technical product requirements. The main focus will be on DC-DC power converters.
• Conduct the electrical debug, test, characterization, and validation of power electronics designs.
• Optimise the Power Processing Unit design for coupling with Aliena’s family of Hall effect thrusters. Understand the interactions between power electronics and plasma devices (internal training provided).
• Cooperate with embedded system engineers to improve the Electronic Control Unit and explore the possibility of an integrated ECU-PPU.

Service Engineer Requirements:

This research center, MITRE Asia Pacific Singapore (MAPS), is in need of a systems engineer to be part of a dynamic team of professionals working to improve air traffic operations in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.
