• Familiarity with security best practices, compliance frameworks, and security controls for cloud environments. Knowledge of HIMS Cloud Security Policy is a plus
• Experience working with HCC (Healthcare Commercial Cloud) is a plus

Job Description

Role Purpose

• Applies Project knowledge, Engineering knowledge and experience to coordinate the engineering and design for the Topsides facilities of an FPSO project and support the fabrication, installation, commissioning and startup of facilities and equipment/ utilities interface associated with the Topsides.

Key Accountabilities

• Topsides Engineering Coordination : Coordinate with the engineering disciplines assigned to the project and work closely with project management, procurement, HSE, QA/QC, operations and construction team and meet or where possible to exceed on time deliverables maintaining the quality
• Engineering Setup : Coordinate with the engineering disciplines to set up Engineering and Design systems, Engineering Schedule, Master document Register (MDR), Procurement Schedule.
• Engineering Deliverables : Coordinate with the engineering disciplines to issue all deliverables as per schedule.
• Engineering Schedule : Develop Level 3 and Level 4 (MDR) schedules of topsides engineering.
• Management of Changes : Implement engineering change management for the Topsides engineering post design freeze in all disciplines including communication, tracking and approval by the relevant stakeholders.
• Engineering Interfaces : Coordinate with Engineering disciplines to respond and closeout of Class Society comments, Client Technical Queries, Site Queries and Operation Queries for topsides.
• Subcontractor Management : Coordinate with the Detailed Engineering subcontractors and Third Party specialists for Topsides.
• Engineering Resources : Support Topsides Engineering Manager in forecasting and mobilizing engineering and design resources for Topsides Engineering
• Risk Assessment : Support Engineering Manager and project management in review, risk assessment, and closeout of engineering issues.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with Company’s Standards and Procedures with specific attention to change management and deviation approval process.
• Problem Solving : Suppport in developing solutions to non-recurring problems by analyzing, interpreting and evaluating various precedents and data. Anticipate potential problems and take preventive actions
• Health, Safety and Quality : Identify and integrate Safety, Quality requirements in the Design to ensure safe operability and maintainability.
• Engineering Reviews : Support Topsides Engineering Manager in conduct of Project Design Reviews, Technical Audits etc.
• Decision Making : Incumbent needs to be make timely engineering decision in case multiple valid solutions to challenges are generated, based on sound engineering practice and project objectives.
• Topsides Engineering Knowledge : To be adequately familiar with the key activities and needs of all the engineering disciplines and how these activities interact and are sequenced, and the implications is a major challenge.
• Dispute Resolution : To be able to deal efficiently, professionally and tactfully with numerous stakeholders who may have different focus and priorities, both internal and external.
• Risk Assessment : Support Engineering Manager and project management in review, risk assessment, and closeout of engineering issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Masters Degree in Engineering
• 10 to 14 Years Experience
• Have adequate knowledge of design codes and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities:

• Source for Mechanical and electronics components to support new projects
• Perform cost analysis and select best supplier to meet the product requirements
• Responsible in managing the relationship with suppliers on all commercial issues
• Perform cost reduction, VA/VE activities, etc to achieve the KPIs set by the management (eg. the material cost reduction target)
• Able to implement supply management strategies and activities such as VMI, JIT, EDI capabilities, etc.
• To be the escalation point when there is delivery issues during the MP and NPI stages
• Management of SAP data integrity

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• At least 2 years working experience in the EMS
• At least 1 year of experience in sourcing, purchasing or procuring of mechanical parts components
• Strong knowledge in electro-mechanical commodities (LCDs / cables) or electronics components (active or passive components)
• Proficient in SAP/Microsoft Office
