There will be a significant amount of “hands on” work understanding and implementing the VDC QA/QC systems. Reporting to the BMS Project Manager, the candidate will be accountable for ensuring the work required; such as, submittals, RFI’s, coordination drawings, updating documents, etc., are complete, ready, and approved for the Building Management Systems (BMS) Subcontractors to perform their scope of work in the strictest of compliance to the contract documents.  This role is focused on working with the Senior Commissioning Manager and BMS Project Manager who are responsible for the BMS Subcontractor operations and installation for a large complex data center project, having stringent technical requirements.

It is expected the candidate will be a very detailed individual with previous experience working as a MEP Project Engineer on data center projects and or other complex technical projects.  There will be a significant amount of “hands on” work coordinating approved design documents and ensuring installed work in the field comply with such documents.  The candidate must have strong Emotional Quotient (EQ) skills and be able to relate to and communicate with the client, the Fortis Construction Pte. Team introduction:

The TikTok Engineering Test Team focuses on testing and delivering innovative, high-quality product features of the TikTok as well as protecting user data. Our Mission is to facilitate the release of TikTok features and enhancements from the development to production stage through effective testing, delivering quality at speed.

As a Test Engineer on our team, you will:

1. Design, develop, and implement functionality testing for mobile applications (iOS/Android) and the service of mobile applications;

2. Design test plans for new features and regression test cases;

3. Work on project management, risk management, and process management tasks;

4. Help implement test tools and collaborate with automation/performance test teams to build up internal tools/frameworks/platforms to make the team more productive;

5. Track defects manage bugs during the whole software development cycle.

Qualifications

1. BS/MS degree in a relevant field: Computer Engineering or EE;

2. Testing experience, within mobile application and/or backend service application;

3. Have distributed application and iOS/Android fundamental knowledge;

4. The experience of performance testing tools, iOS/Android automation, and/or test platform development;

5. Excellent problems solving skills, ability to coordinate with different global teams;

6. Strong passion for mobile internet and building next generation mobile application, can take full responsibility for service end to end quality assurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiar with Java/Python/Objective-C/Golang, experience in related projects development;

Job scope

• To coordinate and execute all QC procedures, documentations, and records.
• Checking that the assembly or production line comply to standards and procedures.
• To perform daily post-pour and pre-delivery inspections before delivery of components.

• Collaborate with planner to develop daily, weekly and monthly delivery plans.
