• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, with a strong emphasis on designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level network infrastructure.
• Profound expertise in network protocols, technologies, and architectures, encompassing routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls, alongside Aruba switches and wireless solutions.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at diagnosing and resolving complex network issues efficiently.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal aptitude, proficient in collaborating effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Demonstrated leadership prowess, with prior experience in mentoring junior team members and leading cross-functional projects.
