Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver green marine engineering projects within set timelines and budgets.
• Conduct feasibility studies, evaluate technical requirements, and develop project specifications.
• Coordinate and oversee engineering activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and regulatory requirements.
• Review technical drawings and schematics to ensure accurate implementation of green marine system designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field required.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Marine Superintendent, with a successful track record in engineering project delivery.
• Advantageous to have knowledge of marine vessel systems and propulsion technologies.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks, along with project management tools.
• Strong project management skills, including task prioritization and adaptation to changing requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams.
• Experience in procurement processes and managing supplier relationships.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and ship classification society requirements.
