Anti-Automation Solutions (AA) is part of Business Integrated Risk Control(BRIC) team. Automated fraud refers to technical methods used by hackers to perform API abuse at scale using scripts and tools. Our vision is to establish an industry-leading team with a focus on end-to-end defense-in-depth systems with privacy and business needs in mind. We are responsible for continuously iterating over identifying and combating automated fraud through client environment inspection, risky signals collection, trusted computing, traffic validation, data mining and producing a wide variety of tools and subject matter services for business lines.

Description

- Build rules, model and machine learning solutions to proactively detect and mitigate automated abuse against Tiktok products/platform. - Improve modeling infrastructures, labels, features and algorithms, partner with Product, Client, Backend and Operations to build a robust, automated and general bot defense system.

- Analyze business and security data, uncover evolving attack motion, identify weaknesses and opportunities in risk defense solutions, explore new space from the discoveries.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (or more) in computer science or a related technical discipline

- Solid experience with data structures or algorithms

- Software development experience through hands on coding in a general purpose programming language

- Familiarity with data mining, data science or machine learning. Bonus given to proficiency in modern machine learning theories and applications such as deep neural nets, transfer/multi-task learning, reinforcement learning, time series or graph unsupervised learning.

The EICA Engineer shall be in the discipline of Electrical, Instrumentation & Control in delivery of large scale power generation project. The Engineer shall have at least 5 years of relevant engineering experience in delivery of large scale industrial/ utilities projects (e.g. waste, water, oil & gas or power) or relevant experience in delivering large solid waste management projects (e.g. WTE, sludge incineration, materials recovery and food waste treatment).

The duties shall include the following but not limited to:

1. Work as owner’s engineer to lead the electrical team for project implementation at site.
2. Proactive attitude and solution orientated personality with leadership mentality and for the EICA discipline, assisting project director for the contract execution.
3. Strong capability and experience on 66kV, 10.5kV, 6.6kV and LV related power distribution equipment and cabling installation and commissioning requirement. Experience of large power transformers, generator circuit breakers, MV switchgear, protections and control equipment, MCC and UPS and DC system is expected.
4. Having good understanding and interpretation of SLD, protection and metering SLD, schematics and cabling drawings.
5. In depth of understanding for electrical power automation for electrification of WtE project.
6. Contracts management in managing site works while maintaining swift communication with client and contractors for the WtE project.
7. Familiar with SS638 requirements on electrical installations in Singapore.
8. Having multi-discipline coordination attitude in execution of electrical works.
9. Basic knowledge of instrumentation and control equipment for site works.
10. Review the submittals from Contractors for electrical installation and commissioning procedures of various sub-packages.
11. Engage in site meetings with technical discussion contractor and client.
12. Joining site inspection for contractors works.
13. Participation of FAT and SAT of electrical equipment.
14. Ability to use Navisworks to review 3D BIM Model for routing of site utilities.

Responsible for setup and installation of technical systems, applications, or process designs for clients’ purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions. Works directly with the client to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for client users.

Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems; identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution.

Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements. May work directly with clients on-site or provide installation support remotely.

The primary responsibility of the TS Implementation Engineer is to ensure that client solution requirements are resolved in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA). They perform configurations, action installations and attend to break/fix events.

· In Network Access Control – ISE/ Aruba Clearpass

· Hands on LAN switches: Cisco N9K, Alcatel OmniSwitches, Juniper EX switches

· In designing and building complex campus network with Software Defined Access (SDA) solutions from Cisco or any other SDA vendors.

· In network automation via scripting (e.g. Python, Ruby) or tools (e.g. Ansible, Algosec, Chef)

· In designing and building network security (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortigate, Cisco firewall, IDS/IPS, VPN, SSL), Content Networking (cache, load balancer, F5, etc.)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the M&E Manager to review the M&E project in-depth and ensure to schedule deliverables

• Assist the M&E Manager to oversee all onsite and offsite M&E constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations

• Coordinate and direct M&E construction workers and subcontractors

• To assist the M&E Manager to review the M&E work progress on daily basis

• To assist the M&E Manager to plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones

• Ensure quality M&E construction standards, monitor materials submission and approval status
