Job Scope

· Develop in-dept familiarity with Client;s Downstream Turnaround (TA) Work Processes, and Recommended Practices.

· Participate in TA Contracting Management which includes :

- Prepare bid packages for approved work-scope;

· Organise review of TA related plans such as HSSE, Flawless Quality, Logistics, Pre-TA works etc.

· Perform as Secretary for Site TA core planning meeting.

· Deputise for TA Manager, as necessary.

· Facilitate Continuous Improvement (CI) program in TA.

· Function as a Block/Area Execution Team(AET) Leader for high complexity event, or act as Night Shift Lead during TA execution, or lead a Low complexity TA.

Perform assigned tasks and initiatives by the line supervisor.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in oil/ petrochemical plant maintenance or engineering, and preferably with experience in Projects or Turnaround.

BACKGROUND
