Requirement

• Diploma in any Engineering discipline with a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical services with consultant and sub-contractors on site.
• Oversee all related M&E issues on site.
• Assists Manager in the co-ordination of project management activities.
• Attends external project meetings, meetings with consultants as well as technical and co-ordination meetings, daily project meetings and internal project closure meeting.
• Assists Manager in carrying out all shop drawings and submission with Drafting Department.

• Ensuring that all work carried out safely in compliance with HS&E policies and procedures.
• Actively participate in project Job Safety Analysis, if applicable, and communicate and implement these.

• Developing (or reviewing those provided by others) loadout and seafastening plans for the transportation of materials / structures to the offshore site that facilitate safe and timely installation.
• Prepare material lists for construction materials and project consumables, and liaise with the Project Coordinator for procurement of requirements.
• Issuing “Loadout Lists” applicable to the work in accordance with the recommended practice.
• Coordinate with Marine, E & M and Diving departments to ensure that necessary equipment and personnel are available and readied for the project.
• Witnessing / inspecting pre-rigging, loadouts, seafastening and acknowledging the receipt of fabricated structures, line pipe and other materials to be installed offshore.

• Designs, plans, and handles testing, commissioning, software programming and supervision on site for BMS on project plan, specifications, and contract documents.
• Analyses plans, specifications, and contract to determine project requirements.
• Prepares submittals containing schematics, descriptions and technical literature as required. Maintains current design documents throughout project duration.
• Prepares engineering re-estimate reports and minimizes report variances.
• Perform testing & commissioning of BMS.
• HVAC experience and sequence of preparation for BMS
• Experience in BMS technical submittals preparation, method of statement, compliance statement and OMM.
• Experience in IO point schedules, assignments and materials selection with value engineering
• With logical knowledge in ACMV & HVAC system control logic.
• Network and MS office & project background knowledge is a must.
• Be aware of all kinds of risks and their controls in your work environment.
• Be a part of site EHS inspections, hazard/ risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
• Immediately inform the site EHS officer/site manager of any additional EHS risks.
  Stop the work if any unsafe conditions are identified.
