We are seeking a talented IT Engineer - MES who will be responsible for the integration of Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) focusing on improving efficiency and productivity to enhance manufacturing processes.

Mandatory Skill-set:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering;
• At least 2 years of experience in supporting Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk);
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or C#;
• Working knowledge in Unix scripting;
• Good understanding in application server, client application and database (i.e. Oracle);
• Independent and proactive yet a strong team player;
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Desired Skill-set:

• Experience in Tibco (TIB / RV) in high technology manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 and L3 support for production systems, focusing on monitoring, maintaining, and continuously improving the Manufacturing Execution System (MES);
• Ensure the proper operation of production lines concerning products, routes, operations, equipment, recipes, and lot movements;
• Analyze user requirements to perform MES modeling and configuration for changes in material flow;
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) to validate system performance and functionality;
• Offer both user and system support during pre-implementation and post-implementation phases to ensure a smooth transition and operation;
• Ensure that development tasks are completed on time, adhering to corporate policies and guidelines, with proper documentation;

Equipment Engineer (Wet) will provide technical leadership to startup of next generation of Fanout packaging equipment, optimize equipment capability, quality, and utilization through CIP to meet company's goals.

Responsibilities

• Have an in-depth understanding of how Copper Plating and Wet Etching process equipment working principle and how critical parameters will impact process and to work together with process counterpart to resolve complex integration issues
• Manage and plan new equipment start-up to support production
• Establish Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans for all equipment and optimize PM for quality, cost, and productivity.
• Liaise with vendors to resolve equipment issues and improve equipment performance of Copper Plating and Wet Etching equipment
• Identify and assess any safety and product risks, recommends risk eliminations, and control risk through mitigations and safe work procedures.
• Work on continuous improvement projects to improve equipment efficiency and address issues
• Forecast financial budgets for equipment expenditures. Setup tracking system to monitor expenditures
• Familiar and follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, ECN ISO9001/QS9000/TQM documentation for closure of issues / setup system.
• Self-audit and update specifications to meet company Quality Standard requirements
• Provide long term solution to address daily issues. Resolve department hardware chronicle issues.
• Possess knowledge on SPC, DOE, FDC, ECMS and all the statistical analysis tools to help optimizing equipment robustness.
• Establish and maintain essential spare parts stock inventory
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in equipment engineering, preferably in a semiconductor/LCD/Electronics / Electrical industry
• Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance or troubleshooting.
• Self-driven leader and strong team player with keen technical ability, systematic approach, detailed-oriented, excellent problem-solving skills, and positive attitude.
• Candidates with no prior experience will be considered for junior position
• Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Advanced Packaging/LCD/foundry or similar industry background with SABRE/STRATUS/GPTC/SSEC experience will be an added advantage

• Devising and implementing methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.
• Designing and analyzing inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equipment.
• Conducting quality assurance tests and performing statistical analysis to assess the level of control and manage product quality risks.
• Undertaking root cause analysis of incidents requiring corrective action.
• Ensure that corrective measures and deviation meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements.

Main Responsibilities

1. Coordinate maintenance contractors, review checklists and ensure customer D.O. sign-off within the time.
2. Support Data analytics team with ongoing improvement on automation of data gathering, analysis and reporting, including fault detection and root cause identification
3. Prepare and maintain comprehensive energy conservation action plan to include previous and ongoing efforts and short, intermediate and long-term goals
4. Prepare operational and maintenance schedule as per MIS
5. Work closely and collaborate with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Identify potential upselling opportunities at client site during regular or ad-hoc maintenance
7. Remote monitoring of the system operation and performance and reach site if any emergency.
8. Familiarization of Refrigeration System Chillers & Freezers, Compressors, Cooling towers, FCUs, Cold room, ETV doors and related controllers.
9. Working with a team and deliver the work within the planned schedule.
10. Collect the onsite operating parameters like cold room and space temperature and verify with SCADA.
11. Collaborate with Internal teams regarding any controls and programming related onsite works.

Qualifications

1. Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical, Electrical or Equivalent
2. Electrical or Mechanical troubleshooting experience would be advantageous
3. HVAC knowledge of Chiller Plant, FCU, SCADA, Air side equipment
4. Strong communication and analytical skills.

This is a for a year contract subject to renew.

Responsibilities

· Assure sites are properly stocked with test tools. And test tools are periodically calibrated per AT standards.

· Participate in the Factory Acceptance Testing in the lab and preparation of FAT plan.

· Lead site commissioning activities of radio-based train control systems, including Functional tests and System Acceptance Test (SAT) and System Integration Test (SIT) and ensure that all interfaces to the signalling system are appropriately tested.

· Lead test and commissioning of the On-Board, Wayside, and Radio system system

· Liaise with Engineering / supplier for any design changes and modifications necessary subject to test results

· Record, report, and endorse test results when appropriate.

· Ensuring that testing activities are carried out in timely, logical and cost effective manners.

· Work with Engineering team for the evolution of drawings (ie. mark-up, change order, and transmittals) until the as-build stage.

· Develop productive relationships with client’s teams to ensure successful handover and post-implementation operation of projects.

· Plan and schedule site ITC activities in accordance to the rolling programme, that align with the master programme

· Produce red correction based on the released drawings and correct and rectify failures occurs during T&C phase.

· Raise NCR(None Confirmity) / MNCR (Material None Confirmty) / Fault report during fault found.

· Consolidate / track the following; records, software, hardwares, field changes.

· Implement field change orders

· Prepare installation and test and commissioning procedures / method statement for the communication-based train control system

· Verify the quality of installation works and raise concern if there is a quality issue.

· Troubleshooting, analysis in case of any issues encountered.

· Able to have a good collaboration with the vehicle testers and wayside testers during interface testing.

· Lead / Support the department for the payment milestones related to the test and commissioning

Requirements

·Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

·Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

What you'll do

The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior:

Lead and manage staff of data engineers to build, maintain and support the data architecture.

Design and build the DWH database models (star schema).

Design and build efficient data pipelines (ETL) that ensure data quality and integrity.

Manage the BI semantic model, security roles, access rights and row level security filters.
