Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, lead and manage multiple Project, Engineering, and Installations to achieve its annual financial & non-financial goals for the department and company.
• He/she is accountable for the overall project, engineering and installation operations and the optimum utilisation of the units of resources to meet all goals set.
• Develops, monitors, and controls divisional annual operating budget.
• Establishes and tracks key performance indicators.
• Manages the development and leadership of Project, Engineering, and Installation Professionals.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures together with other departments in achieving its objectives.
• Develops implements and direct programs to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the department.
• Evaluates performance of the department and implements corrective actions to improve the results secured.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in the management of services operations and/or engineering projects in the building environment sector.
• Experience in managing a large engineering division.
• Recognized Degree in Electronic & Electrical / Mechanical or any other relevant Engineering discipline from a reputable local or foreign university.
• Strong leadership with excellent analytical skills, interpersonal savvy, resourcefulness, time management abilities, customer focus, organizing capabilities, planning expertise, motivation skills, drive for results, and proficiency in building effective teams.
• Process with own car is preferred.
• East area, basic + transport allowance + VB.
