Job Description & Requirements

• Planning and co-ordinating PR programme for the project
• Communicate and work together with the coordination and construction team and be aware of the Construction Work Flow; the type of construction activities and planned schedule; identify parties/public that would be affected by the Works.
• Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project, to work closely with the relevant partities such as residents, consultants and authorities etc. and take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from the consutrction activities
• Establish contacts with properties owners and occupiers of the buildings within and around the vicinity of the project.
• Be Familiar with all affected perties and people who have some interest with the Project.
• Reach out to constituents and MCCs of the vicinity and have regualr dialogues with them for feedbacks, complaintes and on any possible position mitigation measures.
• Acting as the first contact point of communication with third parties and the public for any complaints and feedbacks.
• Draft and formulate survey forms and conduct and gather survey feedback on the Project Construction Works
• Draft and develop posters for circulation to be disseminated to affected parties at respective premises
• Establishing a good reputation of the project.
• Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required.
• GCE "A" / "O" level with minimum 2 years of public relations experience, preferably with experience in MRT projects
• A pleasant personality & good interpersonal skills
• Good communication

The Role

• Liaise with Regional Sales Team from the region

• Travel throughout Southeast Asia to meet customers

The Requirements

· Experience in the review of P+IDs

· Ideally, experience gained in technical sales or a technical background with a desire to move into technical sales.

· Ability to travel regionally.

· Good fluency in spoken and written English with an ability to build relationship with customers and internal stakeholders regionally.
