In this system, coarse and fine electric arf furnace steel slags are to be used as aggregates, while ultra-fine steel slags (UFSS) will be incorporated into a blended binder.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in and manage the research project with Principal Investigator (PI), Co-PI and the research team members to ensure all project deliverables are met.
• Undertake these responsibilities in the project:
  i. Formulation of the UFSS based blended binder and the SSPC.
  ii. To study and codify the functions of SSPC including drainage management, contaminant removal, and ecological benefits.

The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver on a research project in partnership with industry collaborator where you will be part of the research team to develop both 5G and satellite-based connectivity testbed, integrating the heterogenous wireless networks, for end user devices used typically in maritime applications. The project is in collaboration with an industry partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake these responsibilities in the research project:
  i. Design and develop connectivity testbed with optimal router configurations and gateway setups for heterogenous wireless networks.
  ii. Perform 5G network, quality of service and radio coverage measurements in specific port-based locations in the southern coastlines of Singapore along with the industry partner.
  iii. Integrate edge devices and sensors used typically in maritime operations with the connectivity testbed enabling ship-to-shore communication.
  iv. Perform basic radio coverage modeling and simulations leading to analysis of maritime scenarios and their impact on network planning

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Engineering Manager reports to the Project Director and shall be responsible for the effective design effort and coordination of the Sub-Contractor's discipline engineering professionals. The Engineering Manager shall ensure that all designs comply with the requirements of the Work; that all Work is efficiently and effectively executed in accordance with the criteria, specifications and standards listed in the CONTRACT; and that the designs comply with safe and reasonable standards as accepted within the offshore oil and gas industry. • Planning and scheduling the engineering execution work for the FPSO to meet the overall project schedule including what is required to be subcontracted and /or included in supplier’s scope.
