• Focus: Functional Test Planning, applying business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies using quality processes and methodologies

The Talent

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience in closely related role
• Functional Test Planning
• Someone who should have done post go-live support before, managing the defect fixing by a dedicated dev team, test team and analyst, focusing on defect triage, ability to communicate.
• Technical understanding of production support of a CRM project with Salesforce and CloudSense,integration layer, order management and billing
• ITIL and IT Service Management background - Defect triaging and issue management
• Experience with reporting the production status, SLA and KPIs in a telco project

The Job

As a Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead), you will be responsible for leading a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle

• Someone who can both technically manage the teams, and also with strong client-facing skills for a complex SI delivery
• Able to produce clear reports and status updates, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality for Post Go-Live Support.
• Should be able to manage the prioritization and planning of a team of support developers and testers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project site by overseeing the day-to-day activities related to the construction of the project as designated by Project Manager
• Liaise with consultant for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
• Conduct inspection and checks on work performed by subcontractors

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PEB or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer, or recognised Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer, and at least 3 years of experience in the construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity.

Experience required

· Plan, organize and arrange daily construction activities.

· Organize and supervise house-keeping and safety implementation.

· Follow up and ensure environmental, safety and health policy compliance.

· Follow up and implement logistic planning set out by Planning Manager
