Supplier Quality Engineer

Work Location: Tampines Industrial

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to foster a quality-focused environment, aiming for zero-defect products.
• Lead and work with the MRB team on OSV activities to meet supplier requests before initiating RMA/RTV processes.
• Understand customer manufacturing quality requirements and align with business agreements to effectively work with suppliers on line rejection issues.
• Partner with suppliers to expedite on-the-line defective returns, follow up on disposition and FA reports, and collaborate with internal departments (SCM, Quality, Process, etc.).
