• Collaborate with partner teams to analyze major incidents and identify improvements to reduce ongoing issues in the SSO and LDAP areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• ITIL Foundation certification is preferable.
• Practical experience in identity and access management, particularly in a production support role.
• Experience with CA Siteminder Web SSO and SOA security (SAML, WS-Security).
• Familiarity with auto-provisioning tools (BMC ControlSA, SailPoint, ForgeRock) and LDAP.
• Knowledge of Kerberos, SSL/TLS, PKI, GSS-API, SPNEGO, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.
• Proficiency in IIS, WCF, WIF, and WAS security models.
• Understanding of infrastructure standards for networks and servers.
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible and scripting in Python, JavaScript, or shell.

Operation (Maintenance)

• Provide technical services to the maintenance and troubleshooting of the Electronic Queue Management System.
• Attend and carry out Fault Finding and Diagnosis of systems breakdowns, both on a mechanical and electrical basis, with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times.
• Follow Preventive Maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records.
• Maintain records of all breakdowns and repairs allowing for analysis and compliance with ISO standards.
• Must be available to attend for any project implementation, assist Preventative Maintenance accordingly for successful Completion of projects and maintenance issues.
• Be available for on call procedures and other responsibilities required.
• Handle customer’s inquiry, request and complaints in a professional manner and efficient way.
• Proactive in problem solving and initiate in providing IT solutions to improve the operation.
• Inform Superior on any stock movements to ensure the availability and stock level for the necessary procurement.

Project Implementation

• Manage project with specific focus on deliverables, tasks, and due dates.
• Report weekly to respective Project Managers when tasks are at risk till critical path determined.

• Ensure successful implementations across multiple functions in organization.

Standby Duties

• Answer all service request phone calls during scheduled standby duties.
• Attend to the fault call issues and follow SOP in attending to all the calls.
• Handover the tasks to the respective engineers who is on duty the next day.
• Support project adhoc activities (e.g. testing, deployment, commissioning).

What qualifications and/or experience should you have?

Senior Maintenance Manager

Working Hours: 5days (Mon-Fri), 8 am to 4.30 pm.

Work location: Jurong Island (Transport provided at Jurong East)

Responsibilities：

• Management of annual/specific Project and Maintenance activities/budgets (both Mechanical and E&I) throughout fiscal year to achieve department goals.
• Ensuring that the relevant maintenance strategies as well as industry best practices are applied to the activities for maintenance and modifications in the plant to achieve reliability and availability of plant equipment of the highest level.
• Ensures all plant and equipment is maintained to the highest level of safety for work to avoid lost time accidents, with immediate response and thorough investigations and corrective actions for all hazardous occurrences and accidents.

Principal Accountabilities

-Define product specifications. Be. Work closely with team members to be responsible for the hardware design and development of RF components, circuits, and systems.
