Description Accounts Payable:Review payment vouchers, vendor invoices, and staff claims to ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and necessary approvals.Ensure timely closure and balance of monthly and year-end accounts.Review vendor aging reports and statements to ensure accuracy for payment preparation.Monitor AP bank transactions to verify all payments are accurately accounted for and posted.Respond to vendor inquiries regarding orders or payments.Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts payable.Support audit processes related to accounts payable and general ledger.Process timely payments to suppliers. General Ledger:Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and the general ledger.Assist in managing petty cash.
