***Cost Management: Collaborate with BU teams to track costs, identify cost saving opportunities, and implement necessary actions.
**Business Partnering: Act as a business partner to subsidiary leaders and finance teams, offering financial insights and recommendations beyond standard accounting practices.
Finance Leadership: Lead and manage the finance team members across the region. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Accounting & Tax Management: Oversee accounting operations, including financial reporting, statutory compliance, and tax compliance. Ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory and tax obligations (audit, corporate tax, GST, withholding tax, transfer pricing documentation, etc.).
Regional Financial Forecast: Manage forecasting processes across the region. Provide financial insights to support business decisions and contribute to the strategic planning process.
Project Management: Support and manage finance projects such as mergers, acquisitions. Provide supports to post merger finance integration.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting. At least 3-5 years of experience in a regional role within an MNC, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in people management, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic financial insights.
Proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in China.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Responsible for supervising overseas financial accounting teams, including:
Financial risk-management: financial analysis, budgeting, and variances’ analysis
Work with the treasury team in identifying financial risks
Work with internal auditors on reviewing, implementing, and improving key internal financial controls
Ad hoc financial due diligence M&A projects
Devising professional training development for teams.
Participate in financial analysis-related work and be involved in cross-department operations;
Supporting the company's major investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and other business activities to provide advice and decision support,
Any other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in accounting or a related field, with a CPA certificate;
Have rich experience in advanced financial management such as cost accounting, tax planning, financial planning, and budget preparation;
Minimum 8 years of financial management experience in large/medium-sized high-tech enterprises, familiar with overseas Company Finance team management experience;
Rich experience in financial management and financing, with expertise in capital operation, tax planning, cost control, etc.
Have a strong sense of responsibility and career ambition, and be able to quickly understand the business, so that financial management work can effectively promote the development of the business;
Strong communication skills, logical thinking ability, written expression ability, and data analysis ability;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) - to liaise with our Chinese stakeholders
