• Carry out financial operations using financial systems
• Adhere to finance-related legislations and policies and apply the relevant procedures
• Work with a team of finance officers to administer the processing of invoices for purchases made
• Provide advice to various units, engaging and supporting them in areas of financial policies
• Recommend process improvements through data analytics
• Partake in projects to enhance systems and processes
• Process finance transactions promptly

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or other relevant fields
• Min. 2 years of relevant working experience
• Possess strong analytical skills and prepared to work with accounting functions
• Meticulous and independent worker with minimum supervision
• Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management and able to meet tight deadlines
• Prior knowledge in budget and financial management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Work and PowerPoint) and SAP
