Job Description: • Be responsible for the offshore bond underwriting syndicate,pricing and Bookbuilding work of Bank of China DCM Center Asia, and effectively control business risks. The Main task including: providing market update and analysis related to bond underwriting and distribution business. Cooperate with other lead underwriters' syndicate to complete the bookkeeping, pricing and distribution work. Use the Issuebook and Issuenet systems according to the Syndicate role; In response to the needs of the distribution business, provide guidance and training for the bond underwriting and distribution business of domestic and overseas branches. • Assist Department Head and other origination colleagues in formalising client marketing pitchbook, pitching bond issuers and assisting in dealing with regulatory requirements. • Liaise with Head Office and BOC branches sales team in various DCM projects and provide assistance in facilitating their communication with the branch. • Handle ad-hoc work assignment upon request and deliver work of quality in an efficient manner.   Job Requirements: • A recognized university degree with minimum of 3 years working experience in finance area. • Sound knowledge in corporate finance, accounting, financial market products, and legal contract. Practical work experience in serving institutional clients, and familiar with DCM products, are highly valued. • Familiarities with local laws and regulations governing banking businesses and AML. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and interpersonal skills, a good team player. • Bilingual in English and Chinese so as to commmunicate effectively with our Head Office and Chinese-speaking customers. • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA are added advantages. • Familar with Bloomberg，market analysis and bond pricing.

Job Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining and expanding the team's international and local corporates. Explore potential business opportunities and provide good customer relationship management and financial services for existing and/or potential target customers, with an emphasis on green/sustainability-linked financing (such as green energy) and on industries which are of strategic importance to Singapore's economy. Originate, structure and propose appropriate comprehensive financial services and/or product solutions for new/existing customers. Perform credit initiation, annual reviews and establish loans and/or deposits with target and/or existing customers. Leverage on Bank's new/competitive edge products and/or policies to match customers' needs as well as to cross-sell various products and services to enhance customer stickiness and overall returns for the Bank. Expand and deepen relationships with existing customer groups, and scale up by pursuing business opportunities with existing customers' third-party buyers and suppliers. Responsible for active risk management and control to monitor and manage various risks including credit risk, operational risk, compliance risk and anti-money laundering risk. Undertake and conduct proactive post-loan management work. Job Requirements Possess 2-5 years of relevant working experience in Corporate and/or Commercial Banking and adept at various cross-sell (treasury, transaction banking, investment banking/capital markets). Previous experience in structuring and originating green/sustainability-linked transactions preferred. Conscientious worker with positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility. Good communication skills in Chinese and English, and ability to read and write Chinese is preferred in order to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues locally and from Head Office. Committed and collaborative team player. Bachelor degree or above, preferably with major/specialization in finance, accounting, marketing, business management and/or banking.

Job Description 1. Perform gap analysis of new/updated regulatory AML/CFT requirements, Head Office (“HO”) AML/CFT policy etc. 2. Review and update Branch AML/CFT policy and procedures. 3. Review AML/CFT procedures/SOPs from business lines. 4. Provide advice to business lines relating to AML/CFT queries. 5. Review New Products, Practices and Technologies from AML/CFT perspective. 5. Conduct AML/CFT trainings. 6. Prepare regular/ad-hoc management reporting. 7. Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.   Requirements 1. Bachelor Degree with relevant AML/CFT working experience. Candidates who possess industry compliance certification (e.g ACAMS) would have added advantage. 2. Strong knowledge in MAS Notice 626 regulatory requirements Good working knowledge of the different business segments (Corporate/Retail/Private Bank/Card Business). 3. Good written and communication skills with ability to develop a strong working partnership with external and internal stakeholders. 4. Effective bilingual in English and Mandarin so as to communicate (written/spoken) with Mandarin speaking external and internal stakeholders. 5. Team player and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently. 6. Exhibit timeliness, responsibility and is dependable in all work assigned.

Review and evaluate personal banking credit facility applications submitted by the various business units, including but not limited to credit cards, housing loans, premium financing loans etc. Ensure that credit applications submitted are in line with the Bank's credit guidelines and regulatory requirements. Approve personal banking credit facility applications within delegated approval authority. Review and submit for higher level approval if necessary. Contribute to the Bank's review and revision of various credit policies and procedures, and assist in the risk review of various business initiatives. Perform loan portfolio monitoring and reviews, identify risk areas and propose mitigating measures to discuss with business departments. Participate in user requirements gathering and system enhancement projects, as well as User Acceptance Testing. Complete other assigned works by the department.
