Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory financial statements and reports for filing with regulatory agencies based on relevant accounting standards
• Perform P&L and balance sheet analysis, including variance analysis in the statutory financial accounts and reports
• Prepare journal entries with supporting workings, and maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with accounting principles and IFRS
• Prepare balance sheet account schedules and consolidate financial statements; monitor for resolution and clearance of balance
• Analyse impact of new accounting standards, reporting requirements and regulatory standards on existing and new transactions

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in audit
• Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable (Receipt)

• Perform receipt posting accurately on all payment modes and reconciliation functions in the accounting systems
• Reconcile cash and cheques bank-in amounts with the posting reports daily
• Respond to billing inquiries from customers and resolve billing discrepanices in accordance to established procedures

Credit Control

• Perform dunning and collections follow-up for accounts in arrears
• Investigate unidentified credits, disputes and reconcile with customers when required
• Prepare reports on ageing, month-end closing and provisions of bad debt
• Participate in credit review meetings with business partners to identify and follow up on high risk accounts
• Perform profiling, risk assessment and reviews on delinquent accounts
• Propose and implement dunning strategy and process improvements

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Business Decision Support: Partner with business unit to provide market and business insights and assist in providing finance-related analysis and recommendations, including support business on ad-hoc financial analysis and financial modelling for business proposal or decision making
• Results Tracking and Reporting: Prepare, consolidate and analyse monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review and facilitate discussions on driving revenue, meeting expense targets and implementing more effective operational strategies. Monitor and provide detailed analysis and supporting commentaries on actual versus budget/forecast/prior year variances.
• Annual Business Planning: Gather inputs from business units to prepare the annual budgets and forecasts and manage the annual budgeting process; review reasonableness, identify risks and opportunities
• Prepare ad-hoc presentations for COO or CFO
• Any other ad-hoc projects and requests as required

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience working in a Big 4 audit firm
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

• Post invoices accurately into the accounting system with required supporting documents
• Review invoice postings to ensure accurate coding of accounts and invoice description in accordance with accounting standards
• Prepare payment proposal with supporting documents for approval
• Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and resolve account variances
• Manage and monitor the AP Aging for long overdue accounts
• Maintain the vendor master and AP related codes in the accounting system
• Manage invoice processing and AP-related queries from the General Ledger team and internal customers

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
